When your clients engage with you, they are looking for two things: Clarity and certainty. Provide them with clarity by keeping them well informed during the process; provide certainty by delivering (ideally above) what you promised.
There is one thing consumers in every category always appreciate: Convenience.
Be there for them when they need it and provide the benefits they want.
Convenience will always beat price when it comes to purchasing objections.
Communicate in a timely manner
As simple as it sounds, the easiest way to improve is to literally answer the phones and respond to emails in a timely matter. You might not always be able to solve their problem right away, but the fact that you've responded will make them feel valued.
