Don't procrastinate.


Prioritize your income-producing activities and put aside time to get the tasks you dread done early in your day. Therefore, whether it's cold calling, emailing prospective clients, or booking sales appointments, get it done first. As a bonus to the confidence you'll feel when you focus on sales outreach in the morning, you can calmly and confidently continue those conversations throughout the day as people follow up, generating more revenue.


Hire your lead generation.


Once you've achieved enough revenue, it's time to hire out your lead generation. This allows you to free up your time so you can focus on closing the hot leads instead of canvasing for new business. When you have someone handling the consistent lead generation tasks, you have more opportunities and time available to increase your bottom line.


Hire a project manager.


As business grows, managing the process and clients can start to pull you away from sales. In order to continue to expand, it's time to hire a project manager. Hire someone who can help you manage projects and coordinate with clients so you can stay focused on new business.
