Everyone knows that sales means offering a solution. But to whom are you offering it to? For what problem? Who are they? The short answer is: ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). A person, that has a problem and the money to solve it.
Identify your competition.
It does not matter what YOU solve - someone else is ALREADY solving it. Not in the same, identical, way - but they do. Who are they? How do they solve it?
Identify YOUR two advantages.
YOU have Absolute and Relative advantages over your competition. Something that you do better by far. What are they? Delivery time? Price? Quality? Which ones will the customer care about the most?
